8. Application Assignments

Free

• Play at least 1 pickup game of basketball (Ramsey Center or elsewhere). Submit: a picture (include details of type of game, location and time) and a 1-paragraph reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
  
• Find an outdoor goal and play ‘H-O-R-S-E’ with a friend or ‘knockout’ with a group of friends. Submit: a picture (include details of type of game, location and time) and a 1-paragraph reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• If during the season, attend a UGA Women’s basketball game/high school game and log/reflect on some of the fundamental movements/strategies observed. Submit: a picture and reflection in Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• Create a series of pictures or a (short) instructional video that could be added to the Activity course content. Submit: pictures or video in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)

Charged

• If during the season, attend a UGA Men’s basketball/professional game and log/reflect on some of the fundamental movements/strategies observed. Submit: a picture and reflection in Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• Participate in Intramural or Club Team basketball practice/competition. Submit: a picture and screenshot of team roster in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)

Additional course-related opportunities need approval and can be proposed to the instructor.
