5. Application Assignments

Free

• Go to the IM field at least one time outside of class and play softball or a pickup game with friends.
  Submit: a picture (include details of the type of game, location, and time) and a 1-paragraph reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• Using an open field, choose a friend to go focus on some of the key aspects of softball (throwing/pitching, fielding, hitting, etc.).
  Submit: a picture (include details of the type of game, location, and time) and a 1-paragraph reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• Create a Facebook group and organize an event in which you invite friends to play softball during the week or on the weekend.
  Submit: a screenshot of the social media event, picture of play, and a 1-paragraph reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)
• If during the season, attend a UGA or local HS softball event.
  Submit: a picture and reflection in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)

Charged

• Participate in Intramural or Club softball.
  Submit: a screenshot of the team roster in the Application Assignment Dropbox (eLC)

Additional course-related opportunities need approval and can be proposed to the instructor.
