Georgia Rulemaking
Georgia rulemaking is governed by the Georgia Administrative Procedure Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-13-1 — § 50-13-42. Each regulation must have an enabling act, i.e., Georgia legislation that authorizes the agency to promulgate the rule or regulation.
