4. Georgia-Based Physical Activity, Recreation & Sport Resources
Within the state of Georgia, there are several physical activity resources available to individuals with disabilities. On the campus of the University of Georgia, there are exercise specialists within the department of Kinesiology who are available to discuss options with you. Please contact your PEDB instructor regarding this.
In the Athens area, there are also resources that are designed to help with physical activity and exercise for those with disabilities. They are listed below.
