6. Equipment and Attire
- Clothing: Street clothes are not permitted for this class (e.g., jeans). Attire can include any athletic, yoga, workout, or dance clothes. No skirts, skorts, or baggy shorts.
- Footwear: No shoes are required or allowed for this class. Socks are permitted; however, when we engage in leaps or runs across the floor, taking them off greatly reduces the risk of slipping and falling.
- Secure hair: Tie back long hair to prevent distractions and maintain a clean line.
- Minimize accessories: Avoid wearing jewelry that could get caught or be distracting.
- Layers: Consider wearing layers that can be adjusted to regulate body temperature during warm-up and cool-down.
- Hygiene: Maintain good personal hygiene and consider bringing a towel or a change of clothes for after class.
