4. Course Structure
- Class will begin with a warm-up to increase heart rate, move the blood to the major muscles, and engage balance, coordination and dynamic stretching, and mental focus.
- We will then work on technique via standing or floor exercises, to deeper and longer exercises, to locomotor exercises through the full space.
- Class will culminate in either a combination or an improvisational structure (or combination) to apply the new steps and techniques we have learned.
- A brief cool-down will conclude each class.
