WorldAT HOME Opportunities

___________________________________________________________________________________________
The philosophy of the PEDB program is to promote lifelong physical activity and fitness for the enhancement of health and well-being. To foster the extension of physical activity and fitness outside of class (Levels 3 and 4 listed on the syllabus), you are required to participate in AT HOME opportunities. The opportunities are course-related experiences selected by the students that take place outside of scheduled class time.
You can receive 5 points for each successfully completed and documented AT HOME opportunity.
>How to document and where to submit the completed opportunity is listed in red

A student cannot receive credit for more than two AT HOME opportunities (10 points).
